• Biweekly housekeeping
• One, two, or three meals daily
• Full interior and exterior maintenance and repair
• Credit toward cost of long-term skilled nursing care
• Wellness clinic open seven days a week
• Tray service to apartment during illness
• Security patrol
• Scheduled local transportation
• Educational, cultural, and fitness activities
• Priority access to assisted living and skilled nursing
• Religious services
