Pilgrim Haven offers a full continuum of health care and support services to meet residents' needs.  The Health Center provides residents and family members with information and services, delivered with courtesy and compassion.  We serve people from the outside community as well.  You may use your own physician at the Health Center, or we can assist you in selecting a local doctor or specialists.
 
Our goal is to provide a comfortable, safe, and dignified environment for each resident.  We actively promote independence and freedom while providing advanced levels of care as needed.  An excellent staff-to-resident ratio allows us to tailor a program of care to meet individual needs.  Residents discover quickly that our staff members are genuinely concerned with their happiness and well-being! 
 
Pilgrim Haven's Health Center is surrounded by fragrant rose gardens, expansive grounds, pathways, and cozy common areas.  Residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms with items of personal importance, and we do everything we can to help individuals feel the comforts of home.
